Bonheur Ntwari became an internet sensation after sharing snaps of his ripped body.
The 19-year-old has an unusual v-taper physique, meaning his bulging shoulders are double the width of his tiny waist.
Unsurprisingly, this has led to people claiming that he has Photoshopped his photos – an accusation he strongly denies.
The Brisbane bloke hasn’t always had a muscly body.
Just three years ago, he was self-conscious about being too skinny.
He remembered: “I’ve always wanted to get bigger since I was 8 years old, I visualised myself being a large person as I was extremely skinny and tall so I got a gym membership on my 16th birthday.”
After getting into fitness, the 6ft 2in student began targeting different areas of his body with different exercises.
Bonheur now exercises six times a week and follows a strict split set routine.
On Monday he works his chest, shoulders and triceps. Tuesday he focuses on back and biceps, completing the full body on Wednesday with legs.
The gym enthusiast eats four meals a day, consuming 160g of protein.
He also takes health supplements and drinks 3.5 litres of water a day.
This gruelling regime has helped to bulk his shoulders to 53 inches, which starkly contrast his 26 inch waist.
Bonheur’s form is so unique that he’s launched a campaign dubbed Alien Age Athleticism and attracted a cult following.
He revealed: “Alien Age is a movement and company that inspires people to be proud of what makes them different.
“Many of us see differences as flaws but in the alienage family we embrace that, because after all what’s the fun in looking like everyone else?”
“The athletes behind alienage are dedicated and driven young athletes ready to take over the fitness industry and spread positivity.
“I’m sure everyone out there could relate to at least one of our athletes which is why diversity is our first goal.”
While many are supportive of Bonheur’s journey, some don’t believe that his body can be real.
He said: “I have been accused of photoshopping in the past but I just take it as compliment. It only means my physique is too good to be true.
“Most people get really surprised looking at my physique because it is something different and something never seen before.
“It’s safe to say I may have the most exaggerated v taper in the industry right, most love it some hate it but that’s what Alien Age is about, being different and standing out.”
